Cancellation Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all chemical service appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Late cancellations and no-shows may also be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their service adjusted or may need to reschedule, depending on the stylist’s availability. If rescheduling is necessary due to late arrival, a new deposit may be required.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments.
